I tried to find ready thread about written tests but did't find any to fit this.
Today I had Written Assessment to field service. It is online multiple choice test limited to 45 minutes. They send link that is valid for two days but you have only one time to try the test and you need to check time used by yourself. It had 17 multiple-choice questions and 20 Social Reasoning questions (5 scenarios with 4 questions per scenario). So all together there was 17 + 5 different cases. Multiple choice questions were about the actual possible work (information management in this case). Questions were kinda basic and nothing too tricky, if you know your work you should find right answers. Social reasoning was the fun part, first there is scenario and then four different actions and your task is to choose how well each action fits UN values. Social reasoning should be easy if you got some common sense and think from the point of view of UN (don't let your own opinions or culture fool you).
I was pleased how this all was done. Only concerns are that you can only try once, no matter if you have technical problems or you being disturbed, also need to be careful about time, better set up your timer. I ended to have plenty of time left, maybe more than 10 minutes.
I am not aware how they score these and what is the pass mark, maybe I will know that later.

Re: Written Assessment - FS5
Hi Jannu, I had the same assessment but slightly different than yours. I got 8 scenarios followed by 4 social reasoning. Mind to share the position you applied for? Thanks!Jannu wrote: ↑11 Sep 2019, 16:37I tried to find ready thread about written tests but did't find any to fit this.
