Hi,
Has anyone got selected in the Human Resource Officer role P2/P3 in the UN? If so, can you please share your key profile details such as total expereince_, specific skills_, certification if any_, conflict expereince_? This would help us to understand what are the specific skills that UN agencies are seeking in an HR officer role and will help us to prepare for those skill sets.

Hi Prdeepak,

I am in the UN P3 HR roster. Just got rostered around July 2019. Here is a snapshot:
- 11 years of total work experience, 8 years of which is directly relevant to HR (of which 3.5 years is at the international level). No conflict experience
- 2 Master's degrees
- Certification as a Global Professional in HR

Even though I am in the roster, I still need to apply to jobs in the same job family to be considered.
